The mandate
A global multi-brand retail company was running core business processes by hand. The work was slow and costly, and it tied up people who were needed elsewhere.
What I did
As founder of BlueOS, I led the re-engineering and automation of those business processes.
What changed
The automation saved around 150,000 hours of manual tasks a year, worth roughly €5M in annual labour costs.
