Taking agentic AI from isolated experiments to more than fifteen use cases across three lines of business, with the operating model, compliance and adoption programme to sustain it.
The mandate
Large organisations have no shortage of AI pilots. The harder question is how to run AI agents inside real business processes, across several business lines, under European regulation, and have people use them.
What I did
- Drove the use cases. For an automotive manufacturer, drove agentic AI solutions across three lines of business and more than fifteen use cases.
- Designed the operating model. Developed a data platform target operating model that supports compliance with the EU Data Act.
- Industrialised delivery. Established regulated AI factories with standardised agent interfaces, serving both business-specific and shared enablement use cases.
- Planned for adoption. Designed onboarding, playbooks and walkthroughs for an internal agentic AI platform.
What changed
AI moved from experiment to repeatable delivery. On the internal platform, adoption reached roughly 48% within three months of go-live.
